Long distance curved belt conveyor is DTII, DTII(A) type fixed belt conveyor under specific conditions special design of the product, usually the belt conveyor along the plane direction must be laid straight, otherwise there will be deviation and can not run. The long distance curved belt conveyor uses a curved running line to bypass obstacles or unfavorable areas, cancel the intermediate transfer station, make the system power supply and control more centralized, reduce the power consumption and dust pollution in the middle of the transfer material, and make the equipment maintenance and operation more convenient. With its unique advantages, it is gradually applied to the off-road mining, port, coal mine and other industries, and is suitable for the long-distance transportation of various bulk materials and finished items.
The long distance curved belt conveyor is based on theoretical calculation and adopts specially designed partial parts to realize the plane or space turning of the belt conveyor, basically following the parts of the ordinary belt conveyor, the main technical parameters are similar to those of the ordinary belt conveyor, and the structure is basically the same as that of the ordinary belt conveyor except for the turning part. The cross country part of the conveyor adopts the whole truss or split truss structure, which is generally more than 3 meters above the ground, and can also be directly arranged on the ground, and the inspection walkway or inspection patrol car can be selected according to the actual process parameters.
